Made to order
Every kit is printed and personalized after you order it — nothing is pulled from a shelf. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Most orders ship sooner, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way.
Shipping rates
United States
- Standard — $8
- Standard — free on orders of $70 or more
- Express — $15
Express speeds up delivery once your order ships; it does not shorten the production time above.
International
We ship worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price you pay us.
Returns
Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so monogrammed kits are final sale.
That said, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you — your choice. Photos of the issue help us make it right faster.
Unpersonalized items in unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is our error.
Wrong size?
Sizing is the most common ordering question, so please read How It Works before ordering — you order bars that match your canvas size, not smaller. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away: if production has not started, we can usually still change it.
